O2 Luxury Hotel

breakfast was fine, but the best thing I liked was small issues with the bathroom and electric work in the room was immediately attended to by the staff even when we had a plumbing issue late at night, the resident engineer came within 5 minutes.

The staff was excellent, room was clean, housekeeping was very friendly and accomadating

Breakfast Buffet was magnificent. Thank you

Despite meeting 5 star criteria, this hotel is most definitely NOT Five stars. Summary: +Friendly, professional staff, swift smooth check in. +Our king room unavailable, freely upgraded to suite. +clean and tidy, polite helpful porter.
